Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leads the technical execution of project audits and validates the accuracy of analytical data for senior management review.Coordinate the investigation of project discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses.Monitor project performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of management control improvements.Conducts specialized Technical Reviews of mission execution data intended for diverse theater Mission Partners.Validate the technical accuracy of Project Health Reports and lead field-level assessments of resource burn rates and performance metrics.Provide technical guidance to ensure that all project deliverables meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.
