Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying unique strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, custom-tailoring approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or family systems therapy to suit diverse client backgrounds.

• Formulate detailed and actionable treatment plans that outline clear objectives and interventions and closely monitor client progress.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure a seamless continuity of care for patients and families.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing emergency safety plans.

• Advocate tirelessly for clients’ rights and access to community resources, alongside providing comprehensive case management support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
