Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs and identify their treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients in hospice care, supporting individuals and families during profoundly sensitive times. You will cater to a diverse population, helping clients navigate their emotions and circumstances related to terminal illnesses. Understanding grief, loss, and the psychological intricacies involved in hospice care will be central to your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly with a focus on hospice, grief, or end-of-life care preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
