Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while ensuring that personalized care is always available to our clients. While the core working hours are generally Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, some evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate client needs. A proactive approach to keeping schedules adaptable is essential to provide continuous care for our seniors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of the psychosocial needs of seniors, considering their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on each client's specific goals and desires.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families, particularly during major life transitions and challenges.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they have access to essential community resources and services that enhance their quality of life.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices to promote emotional healing and personal growth.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans based on client feedback and changing needs.

This role primarily focuses on the senior population, addressing their unique mental health needs and social circumstances. Our clients often face challenges related to aging, including emotional struggles, social isolation, and transitional life phases. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
