Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate client healing.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that detail therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care approach.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings to refine and implement client-centered care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that enhance communal therapy and resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
