Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health histories, current concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect the well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Maintain transparent, accurate, and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering a sense of community and support among participants.

• Regularly participate in supervision and professional development opportunities, including training in the latest therapeutic techniques and modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Western Reflections Counseling, you will encounter a diverse client population with varying mental health needs. From children to older adults, our clients are often navigating complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
