Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans which include client-specific goals, interventions, and progress tracking.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required for at-risk clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is secure and confidential.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients with knowledge and community resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and continuing education programs.

Qualifications\n
