Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, devising individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to deliver integrated care tailored to patient needs.

• Provide ongoing education and support to both patients and their families to empower them in managing mental health conditions effectively.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health therapies to continuously enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
