Work Environment

Located in North Fort Myers, our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic offers a friendly and professional atmosphere aimed at fostering healing and rehabilitation. The clinic operates solely onsite with modern equipment and technology, ensuring a comprehensive treatment experience for our patients. Our work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish initial care plans tailored to their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized exercise and treatment programs aimed at improving patients' mobility and function.
• Utilize a variety of orthopedic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery, including manual therapy and specific exercise regimens.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes continuously, making necessary modifications to treatment plans in response to evolving recovery needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment protocols using EMR software, with preference for Web PT.
• Educate patients on techniques and practices to enhance their recovery, including daily living modifications and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient treatment.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their therapy journey, fostering a positive and proactive mindset towards their rehabilitation.

Our clients include individuals recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, injuries, chronic pain, and conditions requiring rehabilitation for improved functional mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and clean state Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to engage and motivate patients effectively.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly with a focus on sports medicine.
• A background in research-supported physical therapy techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in implementing personalized care strategies has shown positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
