Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients, determining mental health status through comprehensive evaluations.

• Design individualized treatment plans that address specific issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders and eating disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is essential, demonstrating expertise in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
