If you're ready for a rewarding career experience, your journey begins here!Business Office Manager ResponsibilitiesWork with Business Office Managers for all nine facilities to answer inquiries/resolve discrepanciesPerform daily maintenance in RFMS banking systemRun reports in RFMS, analyze data, perform corrections if needed, and report findings to BOM’sMonitor status of incoming direct deposits for SSA, SSI, & PensionsRun weekly aging reports and selecting items requiring resolutionKey PNA withdrawals/depositsReconcile check registers and perform offsets when necessaryReconcile vendor statements and answer vendor inquiresReview receipts and records and reconcile discrepanciesObtain appropriate approvals before processing invoices/ requestsEnter approved requests and issue checksFiling and matching of checks to invoicesGeneral accounting/data entry projectsManage resident Escrow accountsReady to take the next step in your career journey?
