Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in high-volume accounts payable? Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team in Nashville. This role focuses on vendor setup, invoice processing, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and supporting efficient AP operations. What You'll Be Doing Process and enter invoices accurately and on time, including both PO and non-PO workflows Reconcile vendor statements and quickly resolve discrepancies Manage vendor setup and validation to ensure accurate and compliant information Support ACH payment setup and maintenance for vendors Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on payment or invoice issues Maintain organized documentation for audits and reporting purposes Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency Ensure all AP tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and controls Assist with additional accounting or administrative projects as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience, preferably in high-volume environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AP/ERP systems a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
