About the Role Landscape Workshop is growing exponentially and is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and generate new commercial business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building connections, developing prospects into long‑term clients, and driving growth through a strategic and consultative approach. The Business Development Manager will manage the full sales cycle, present tailored service solutions, close commercial maintenance contracts, and partner closely with operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. What You'll Be Doing Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract close Drive branch growth by identifying and securing new commercial maintenance clients Build a strong pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting Develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers Present customized service solutions that address client needs and create long‑term value Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful service delivery Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales forecasting using CRM tools and established sales processes What We're Looking For Experience in B2B outside sales or business development, preferably within the commercial services industry Demonstrated success identifying prospects and converting opportunities into long‑term clients Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools Skills & Tools to Succeed Strategic, consultative selling skills with a customer‑focused mindset Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Ability to identify client challenges and recommend effective service solutions Proven relationship‑building skills with commercial decision‑makers Experience utilizing CRM tools and systems Flexibility to travel throughout an assigned territory Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Landscape Workshop
