Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for staff, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with government location requirements. Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and observed policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
