Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Scotts Valley, located amidst the natural beauty of the California coastline. You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical condition of patients through comprehensive movement assessments, identifying individual needs and setting clear goals for therapy.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and equipment-based modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on evidence and observed outcomes.
• Educate patients on specific exercises and strategies to support their long-term recovery and improve daily functioning.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to enhance treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to overall team success.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with industry standards and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will engage with a diverse range of patients, tailoring your approach to each person's specific needs and treatment goals. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a strong clinical foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in developing personalized treatment plans.
• Proven communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and team members to motivate and support individuals on their path to recovery.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, equipping you with hands-on experience in varied rehabilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient patient documentation and progress tracking.
• Experience with specialty modalities such as dry needling, rehabilitation technologies, or sports performance enhancement may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
