Work Environment

The outpatient office setting provides a collaborative environment where Physical Therapists work alongside a variety of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation specialists. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our clinic fosters a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages open communication and patient engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care by assessing each patient's unique needs and designing personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals and recovery progress.
• Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, tailored to each patient's condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that enhance patient outcomes and expedite recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families on effective exercise regimens and self-management strategies to promote long-term wellness and prevent reinjury.
• Engage in ongoing patient follow-up to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and ensure optimal recovery pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily services a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with patients at varying stages of rehabilitation, helping to empower them to regain their independence and achieve their health goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is necessary for this position.
• Proficient in administering various therapeutic techniques and familiar with current best practices in physical rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment approaches based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred but new graduates with a strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with EMR systems and a commitment to utilizing technology in patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
