Work Environment

This role is set in a supportive and dynamic outpatient clinic environment located in the scenic Scotts Valley. Our clinic operates primarily through home care, allowing you to engage directly with patients in the comfort of their own surroundings. You will work onsite, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise regimens tailored to each patient's specific condition and lifestyle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient sessions using WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating seamless collaboration with team members.
• Modify and adapt treatment strategies based on continuous patient feedback and observable outcomes, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation strategies to promote adherence and ongoing wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate or Master's degree is preferred.
• A current California PT license or eligibility to obtain one is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy skills, therapeutic reasoning, and clinical judgment.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits
