Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' unique mental health issues, strengths, resources, and treatment goals.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities to cater to diverse client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address complex issues surrounding addiction and mental health.

• Develop and execute comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions tailored to the client's circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and integrate insights from varied professional perspectives.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring that clients are safe and supported through challenging moments of their recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation reflecting compliance with ethical and legal standards while also tracking client progress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to leverage the benefits of peer support and shared experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be grappling with co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Our diverse clientele requires culturally competent care tailored to varying backgrounds, which you will help nurture. Through therapeutic intervention, you will support clients' mental well-being, equipping them with coping strategies and frameworks for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.

• At least two years of demonstrated experience in mental health or outpatient settings, specifically with a focus on addictions or detoxification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
