TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44111!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: BLS & ACLS required, NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience. - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Description: All requirements listed in this job description are non-negotiable. Night shift with three 12-hour shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM. Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time within the system. Candidates must complete all necessary background checks. No license hits will be accepted. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass required assessments during orientation. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months. A six-month break is required before returning unless approved. All travelers must be nicotine-free except for exempt positions. All other requirements and qualifications must be met as detailed.
