Job Responsibilities

• Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and devise tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their individual functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to develop motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities for your patients.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on effective therapy techniques for continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient improvement and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring they continue to flourish.

Education and Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
