Description
Diverse Staffing is hiring Material Handlers for a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active, working with inventory, and supporting production operations by moving materials safely and efficiently.
Job Duties

Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse or production facility
Pick and deliver materials, supplies, and products to designated locations
Prepare shipments for delivery and assist with receiving incoming materials
Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, counting, and tracking materials
Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment as trained
Inspect materials for damage and report any discrepancies or concerns to a supervisor
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards

Must-Have Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull during the workday
Ability to safely move materials and products in a warehouse environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail when handling inventory and shipments
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Nice-to-Have Experience

Previous material handling experience
Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience
Experience using RF scanners
Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if applicable)
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Employees may be required to stand and walk for extended periods, lift materials, perform repetitive tasks, and work around moving equipment and machinery. Safety, accuracy, and productivity are essential to success in this role.
