HVAC Estimator
PrideStaff
Responsibilities: • Responsible for cost estimating for all sorts of HVAC/R systems • Works closely with Operations to determine budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities • Interfaces with Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered per estimates and consistently refining the estimating formulas • Keep accurate database of prospective projects • Preparing Bids and processing accordingly • Submits bids and budgets by the bid deadline• Review blueprints and accurately delineate the scope of work required for the project• Perform all Bid walk-through • Negotiate Change Orders Requirements:• Min 5 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, and/or sprinkler estimating• Degree in Mechanical engineering• Knowledge of estimating software programs and EXCELCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $120,000.00Job SummaryJob number: 577401Profession: Other
