Produces bid proposals and prepares buy-outs.  Primary/Essential Responsibilities and DutiesLead estimating team and supervise preparation of project cost estimates. Review and approve bid packages and pricing. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify scope and technical requirements. Maintain cost databases and historical project data. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field. 7–10 years of estimating experience in rail or heavy construction. Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and labor. Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
