Senior Accountant
ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, and OnDemandViet. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to support our month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit preparation across a multi-entity structure. This role works directly with the Head of Finance and requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and eager to grow.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support full month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations across multiple legal entities
- Assist in preparation of consolidated and entity-level financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Support intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations across all entities
- Assist with borrowing base certificate preparation and daily bank reconciliations
- Support withholding tax calculations, payroll reconciliation, and royalty/revenue share reporting
- Assist in audit preparation prepare workpapers and respond to PBC requests
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable operations as needed
- Assist with CIP tracking and fixed asset schedules
- Support NetSuite administration including saved searches and reporting
