Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, and ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Implement various therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and enhance client well-being.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and interventions aligned with each client's needs.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless and integrated care for clients.

• Work closely with your treatment team to create collaborative, client-centered plans that address the relevant mental health goals.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. The clients you will support may be dealing with a range of challenges, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, trauma responses, depression, and anxiety disorders. Your empathetic approach and tailored therapeutic techniques will significantly contribute to their emotional well-being and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Excellent organizational skills to maintain timely documentation and manage client caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
