HR Assistant Location: Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $25 hourly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full‑time Overview: This position focuses on the staffing process, including the hiring, training, coaching and termination of the workforce. Oversee the entire staffing lifecycle from requisition to off‑boarding. Coordinate recruitment activities and manage candidate communications. Assist in training new hires and on‑boarding processes. Provide coaching and performance support to employees and managers. Manage termination procedures in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
