This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your working day, with the responsibility of managing therapy sessions and professional duties from a home office. While our primary setting is virtual, our outpatient office facility based in Florham Park serves as a central hub for team collaboration and training. The position requires a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured timeframe for your professional endeavors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing various assessment tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and life goals, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress and recovery.

Qualifications\n
