• Location: Waldwick, NJ (In-Office)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the bridge between clients and transportation networks. You will play a pivotal role in growing business through outbound outreach, bidding on new opportunities, and managing the day-to-day coordination of freight movements. This is a dynamic role combining sales hustle with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively make cold calls and outbound inquiries to prospect new clients and secure new business opportunities.
• Bidding & Pricing: Analyze market trends to bid competitively on freight business and secure profitable margins.
• Carrier Procurement: Negotiate rates and contract terms with trucking companies to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, resolving issues proactively and maintaining high satisfaction.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications within internal systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Communication Mastery: Comfortable and confident making a high volume of cold calls and negotiating effectively on the phone.
• Top-Tier Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize shifting demands, and manage tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick on your feet when logistics hiccups arise, with a knack for finding win-win solutions.
• Language Skills:   Bilingual  is a major plus, though not strictly required.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, freight brokerage, customer success, or inside sales is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic will be trained.
