Key Responsibilities\n

As a Therapist Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly clinical supervision to practicum students as they work toward their clinical licensure or advance in their Master’s programs, offering both guidance and constructive feedback.

• Delivering direct psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing their unique challenges and fostering positive change.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to create holistic treatment plans and interventions.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment strategies, prioritizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
