Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and feedback to practicum students who are pursuing their clinical licensure, helping them navigate complex case scenarios and facilitating their professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, focused on addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, using evidence-based approaches to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Stay informed about current research, therapeutic methods, and advancements in the field, integrating new knowledge into practice to provide effective interventions.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your work will involve providing culturally competent care and creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree in a mental health discipline is preferred.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance and a clear commitment to ethical practice standards.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in supervising practicum students or other clinical trainees is highly desirable.

• Background in outpatient therapy, familiarity with telehealth practices, and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
