Summary:

Duration: Aug 31, 2026 - Jan 1, 2027
Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

Reconcile customer payments accurately and timely.
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
Answer inquiries as needed.
Answer phone calls regarding customer payments and related inquiries.
Review and understand customer accounts and transaction history before applying payments, credits, or debits.
Support the Finance department with data entry, journal entries, and month-end account reconciliations.
Inform management of any recurring errors or issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve the cash application process.
Provide written and verbal communications to business partners regarding payment application requirements.
Perform other account receivable duties as assigned.
Work closely with internal business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate fund application.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Demonstrated ability for speed, task accuracy, and problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to plan, set priorities, and follow up on tasks.
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written, and customer service).
Ability to work effectively on teams and build professional relationships.

Preferred Skills:

Some college and/or specialized training preferred.
Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
