Human Resources Assistant Transdev in Columbus, Ohio is hiring an Talent Acquisition & Payroll Specialist. The Talent Acquisition & Payroll Specialist performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules. Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records. Coordinate employee benefits at the contract level. Other duties as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus. Experience with MS office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
