Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms to form a clear understanding of their needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and experiences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective intervention strategies.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
