- Du unterstützt den Head of People and Culture bei Projekten zur Organisationsentwicklung, der Optimierung interner Abläufe sowie der aktiven Gestaltung und Pflege unserer Remote-Unternehmenskultur.
- Du wirkst bei der Analyse und Dokumentation bestehender HR-Prozesse mit und erarbeitest Vorschläge zur Effizienzsteigerung.
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von aussagekräftigen Stellenausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Kanälen.
- Du hilfst im Recruiting beim gesamten Bewerbungsprozess (Sichten von Lebensläufen, Termin-Koordination, Beantwortung von Kandidatenanfragen).
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des digitalen Onboardings neuer Teammitglieder.
- Du recherchierst aktuelle HR-Trends und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Remote-Kultur bei.
Qualifications
- Du absolvierst gerade ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources (oder hast dein Studium vor kurzem abgeschlossen).
- Du interessierst dich für alle Facetten des People Managements – vom Recruiting über die Personalentwicklung bis zur Gestaltung einer motivierenden Arbeitsumgebung.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kommunikationstools für die Remote-Arbeit (Slack, Google-Workspace, Asana…).
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und brauchst niemanden, der dir ständig über die Schulter schaut, sondern willst auch eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben übernehmen & Projekte voranbringen.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit - du stehst im ständigen Austausch mit unserem Head of People & Culture, gibst eigenständig Updates und fragst nach, wenn du Unterstützung brauchst.
Requirements
- Dauer des Praktikums: 20h pro Woche / 3 Monate.
- Wir setzen mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau voraus.
