Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Inner Care Health Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify specific areas of concern and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, using various therapeutic techniques and modalities (including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy) to support personal growth and healing.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to promote successful outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual engagements or face difficulties accessing in-person appointments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to meet ethical standards and support ongoing client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging trends and research in the mental health field.
