Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at our Bayfront Park office. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of core accounting functions including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities Process and manage invoices with accuracy and timeliness Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and assist with month‑end closing Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support the accounting team with audits and reporting tasks Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
