Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp)
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (Not Metro Accessible)
In office: 5x a week
Compensation: $23 - $27/ hour

Our client is in need of a temporary resource in their Accounts Payable Department. in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds: meaningful, hands-on work and a clear runway for career growth.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable – with high volume environment (300 invoices a day)
- Experience with Large ERP stem
- Experience working in a complex multi-entity environment preferred
Job Description:
- Process vendor invoices including verification, coding, data entry, and issue resolution
- Support daily accounts payable operations including payment processing and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking for invoices and related transactions
- Assist with resolving discrepancies and improving operational workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to meet deadlines and business needs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
