Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in balancing personal and professional commitments while ensuring access to the essential resources needed to support our clients effectively. However, you will occasionally work from our outpatient facility located in Springfield, Massachusetts, designed to foster collaboration with fellow team members and provide occasional in-person client sessions when necessary. Our team utilizes a range of digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and communicate with clients seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders and relationship issues through comprehensive evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include a combination of individual therapy, couple's therapy, and group sessions.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support to clients, continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and needs.

• Facilitate sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building healthier relationships within families and couples.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and addiction-related challenges.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to stay knowledgeable about best practices in therapy and the ever-evolving landscape of mental health treatment.

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with complex dynamics related to mental health and addiction issues. Our clients often present with a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, requiring a therapist who is both empathetic and skilled in addressing these multifaceted issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
