Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining office efficiency, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office files.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with data entry, database updates, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
