Filter King is one of the fastest-growing HVAC filter manufacturers in the U.S., and we are expanding our operations in Dallas, TX.
We are hiring a Shipping Manager (High-Volume Operations) to lead daily shipping execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role on the warehouse floor, responsible for driving output, accuracy, and team performance.
This is not a desk-based management role . You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and expected to lead from the front.
Job Summary
The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time, and efficiently. This role leads the team on the floor, enforces processes, and drives performance in a high-volume environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead daily shipping operations in a high-volume warehouse
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet daily production demands
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Track and report shipping performance and productivity
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Coordinate closely with production and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment
Comfortable working on the floor and being physically active throughout the shift
Experience in high-volume environments (1,000+ orders per day or similar) strongly preferred
Strong leadership, accountability, and sense of urgency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience is a plus
Compensation
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
