Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, demonstrating empathy and active listening to foster a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Assess and track client progress using evidence-based methods, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to promote optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for clients, particularly those who are hospitalized.

• Provide guidance to family members and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support their loved ones effectively during their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
