Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Compensation The pay for this position is $26.00 – $28.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs T he required availability for this position is Full-time onsite in Jacksonville, FL with various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available after training. Training schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM starting July 6, 2026. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Responsibilities Handle inbound calls assisting clients with credit, lending, and general banking needs Identify customer financial needs through active listening and probing questions Recommend and sell banking products including credit cards, checking/savings accounts, and lending solutions Cross-sell and upsell financial products while maintaining compliance and risk standards Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication using plain language Build, deepen, and retain client relationships Make referrals to appropriate banking partners when needed Manage transactions in accordance with risk and regulatory guidelines Deliver a high-quality client experience on every interaction Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Requirements Must be bilingual Spanish (required) High School Diploma or GED 2 years of experience in call center, banking, or sales environment Intermediate computer proficiency Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to receive coaching and performance feedback Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking or financial services Experience in inbound or outbound contact center (phone/chat/video) Sales experience including upselling, cross-selling, or referrals Personal Banker or high-volume client service experience Experience supporting card services or lending products If you think this Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
