CNC Machinist 1st Shift Location: Bloomington, MN Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Training: Conducted on 1st shift Join a Growing Team We're seeking anexperienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work and quality production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, taking ownership of setups, and working in a steady production environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications Verify existing programs and modify CNC programs as needed Set up machines, including adjusting and changing tooling Perform one full setup approximately every two weeks, involving a longer tooling/inserts changeover Inspect parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic preventive maintenance, including checking/refilling fluids and monitoring filters ✅ What You Bring 4+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines Knowledge of G & M codes Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Why You'll Love Working Here Annual pay raises based on longevity and performance Opportunities for future leadership roles Internal training available for on-site programming positions Benefits include 401(k) and health insurance Work Environment You'll work in a large, open facility with warehouse racking and a mix of assembly and machining operations.
