Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Maryland (MD PT License required)
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments and caseloads
• Passion for supporting student independence, access, and participation within the educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students with a variety of physical needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP/504 meetings as required
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the best support for each student
• Deliver evidence-based interventions both directly and through training/consultation with staff
• Maintain compliance with Maryland state regulations and district policies
