Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, incorporating feedback and input from team members and clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that complies with regulatory standards and reflects the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to inform treatment strategies and efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans that align with organizational goals.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring services meet the high standards set by governing bodies.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant service systems, navigating resources including state agencies and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population ranging from individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use, and people with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your interventions will be tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, fostering recovery, wellness, and the ability to thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An independent and active LMHC license is mandatory, with consideration for candidates willing to pursue licensure in Massachusetts (we cover related fees).

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings or with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practices and treatments specific to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
