General Accounting / A/P Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
LHH is partnering with a growing organization near Beachwood, Ohio to hire a General Accounting / A/P Clerk. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on experience in accounts payable and general accounting within a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter invoices into the accounts payable system
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare and process vendor payments
- Assist with audits and maintain accurate records
- Provide general accounting and administrative support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of general accounting or A/P experience or relevant education
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
