OPS Office Assistant

Department: Housing & Residence Life, Operations-OPS Compensation: $16.25 Hourly Responsibilities Provide customer service to students and/or parents via telephone and the housing email inbox. Accurately enter data and maintain confidential student files. Assist with department-wide events such as move‑in, move‑out, orientations, and resource fairs. Qualifications High school diploma (or GED) and a minimum of two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate. Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, well organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Statement of Understanding This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University’s policy, a credit check may also be required.
