Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take an active role in enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and families by:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and individual family members.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues collaboratively, and also conducting individual sessions to deepen the therapeutic process.
\n
• Utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy to address a range of concerns including:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Grief and loss processing
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members
\n
• Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce
\n
• Enhancing communication within families, particularly addressing mother/daughter conflicts
\n
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to improve outcomes.
\n
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients with complex needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. Your expertise will be vital in assisting families to navigate complex dynamics, including blended families and job-related stressors. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold:
