As a licensed therapist at a community health clinic, you will operate in a supportive virtual environment, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your role will involve engaging with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, creating a dynamic and rewarding practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, assessments, and crisis interventions for clients, ensuring appropriate and timely care.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, either virtually or in person, focusing on the unique needs of children, adolescents, and families.
\n
• Document all therapeutic activities meticulously, participating in regular clinical supervision with the Clinical Supervisor at least once a week.
\n
• Coordinate treatment plans and participate in case conferences to evaluate ongoing treatment strategies for clients.
\n
• Execute discharge planning in collaboration with Reentry Social Workers to facilitate smooth transitions for clients needing specialized services.
\n
• Contribute to mental health and medical rounds as necessary, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care.
\n
• Develop and lead psychoeducational groups and process groups that address various mental health issues and promote healthy coping strategies.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment modalities accordingly to optimize mental health outcomes.
\n
• Complete statistical reports as required and engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health resources.

In this role, you will primarily support children, adolescents, and families who face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
