Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health to identify specific needs, concerns, and goals.

• Develop personalized therapeutic interventions and treatment plans addressing disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Maintain regular virtual sessions with clients to provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and culturally sensitive practices, incorporating feedback to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to optimize patient care and provide referrals when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adult populations, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. Our clients may present with conditions such as severe anxiety, major depressive episodes, PTSD, personality disorders, and challenges related to various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting; experience in telehealth counseling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
